Quattromed HTI Laborid OÜ uueks omanikuks sai Euroopa juhtiv labor

31. juulil 2013 omandas Euroopa juhtiv laboriteenuste pakkuja Synlab erakapitali fondilt Baltcap Private Equity Fund ja väikeaktsionäridelt 100% Medicap Holdingu aktsiatest. Eestis, Soomes ja Leedus tegutsevad Medicap Holdingu meditsiinilaborid Quattromedi ja Sorpo kaubamärkide all.
