Alates 14.10.2025 muutub analüüsi Lipoproteiin(a) otsustuspiir

Anname teada, et alates 14.10.2025 muutub analüüsi Lipoproteiin(a) otsustuspiir. Muudatuse aluseks on Euroopa Kardioloogide Seltsi ja Euroopa Ateroskleroosiühingu ravijuhend „2025 Focused Update of the 2019 ESC/EAS Guidelines for the Management of Dyslipidaemias“, avaldatud 29. augustil 2025.

Otsustuspiiri muudatus:

  • Varasem otsustuspiir: < 75 nmol/L
  • Uus otsustuspiir alates 14.10.2025: < 105 nmol/L

 

Lp(a) väärtustel ≥105 nmol/L suureneb oluliselt südame-veresoonkonnahaiguste tekkerisk.
