As of 23 March, all coronavirus PCR and antibody test result certificates issued by SYNLAB Eesti have QR codes. Officials at airports, ports and border crossing points all over the world can use the QR code to verify if the person presenting the certificate has given a sample at the time specified in the certificate, and check its validity.
The QR code certificate can be easily and comfortably generated for free in the TESTI app, which can be downloaded from the testi.me website. The TESTI app can be accessed with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID. To generate the certificate, the user only needs to add their travel document number and country of residence, and press the button “Generate a Certificate”. The certificate complies with all requirements and is available in Estonian, English and Russian. It can also be downloaded in PDF format and forwarded to your preferred email address or printed out.
In addition to clients who have given their sample at a SYNLAB facility, the TESTI app can be used by the clients of other SYNLAB lab partners, e.g., Medicum, Qvalitas, Fertilitas, Confido, HeBa, Sinu Arst, and other medical institutions.
CERTIFICATES FOR CHILDREN
If a child has Mobile-ID or Smart-ID, they can login to the TESTI mobile app with their user ID and generate a certificate. The parent cannot view the child’s result through the parent’s own TESTI account.
If the parent has ordered a paid test from a SYNLAB testing point, the child’s result is displayed on the minu.synlab.ee website on the timeline of the parent who placed the order, and the parent can generate a free certificate from there.
The child’s result can be viewed by both parents in their digilugu.ee environment. However, it is not possible to generate a certificate there. If a child’s result cannot be generated through TESTI app or minu.synlab.ee, please contact email@example.com or the institution where the sample was taken, specifying the child’s name, date of birth, country of residence and travel document number.
Patients who require a paper certificate but are unable to generate and print it themselves are welcome to contact the medical institution where the sample was given.
SYNLAB issues certificates at the following locations and times:
